With 18 years’ experience dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of residential leasehold properties, I am uniquely placed to provide a maintenance advice service that suits the legal and financial frameworks of leasehold property management.

I am acutely aware that leasehold properties often have limited financial resources and that any significant expenditure is likely to require the collection of additional service charge funds and formal consultation with the leaseholders.

I also understand the importance of a prompt and responsive service, which is why I always aim to respond to jobs within 24 hours of instruction; to have made my inspection within 5 working days (subject to the home owner/​occupier being available), and to submit my report within 24 hours of the inspection.
