I’ve been to this store a couple of times now, and while staff members have always been perfectly pleasant to me (if unable to help me) I’ve witnessed a few arguments that have made my hair stand on end! Of course, its busy, and there isn’t all that much competition in a town the size of Burgess Hill, but I wouldn’t honestly be able to recommend this store. The goods they sell are fine — great, even — but with phones the level of customer service after purchase is crucial, and I didn’t see much great service going on, which is a shame.
