When the staff do not return your change and somehow keep saying they will but never do it makes it easy to hit one star.
Even after reaching out to customer service I received a massage stating the manager will be informed. That is awesome but what about my change!
Now the embarrassing bit, it’s only 35p! The principal though is simple. The customer gets change unless you ask for exact money only.
