The Curry House

After getting a menu posted through my door today. I thought i would give this place a try, i didnt try it when it was formally known as Aldo’s kitchen. So i was trying it with open eyes. I called at 10.35pm after trying a few times, as the line was busy. I decided to order the 10″ munchie box at £6.95. Which comes with potato fritters, chicken, mushroom, veg pakora, onion rings, donner meat, chips, sauce, salad, pitta bread and a can of juice.
It looked promising that it arrived 15 mins after ordering it. But that was the only best part of it. As soon as i opened the box i was sooo disappointed. The donner meat was all dry and curly. Potato fritter were thick, but due to the thickness of them they were not cooked enough. The pakoras were dry and very crispy. Onion rings over cooked, and were pretty crispy. Chips were the french fries type, dry and over cooked. Salad none in the box, they must of forgotten about it, can of jucie came with it. Over all a joke. If they cant get a simple munchie box right i dread to think what the rest of the menu is like. I am glad i only ordered one item. This menu is more name than the previous name. Basically the items in this have been fried and sat about and then refried badly for a 2^nd time.
Stay well away, even if you are drunk.
