Why? Because I FINALLY found a window cleaner that would come do a domestic job. HOOOOORAY!
We have some pretty rad sash windows that are bright and beautiful. For a London flat, we get a lot of sunlight and it’s pretty glorious. What’s not glorious? Dirt and grime and smoke and soot and bus exhaust and nitrous fumes from about 10+ years of Old Street caked on these bad boys. When it’s light out about 4 hours a day, you want to max that exposure — so it was time for me to get a window cleaner over here to get the job done right, STAT. Only took me 2 years… better late than never!

So I sent out a few inquiries and Prudential Window Cleaning were one of the only to actually write me back. Ged was direct and to the point and scheduled me for a Saturday at 730am. The guys rolled up around 8am, but obviously not a big deal on the tardiness as I wasn’t really going anywhere that early.
It’s a 1 hour minimum at £90, and our job took all of about 15 minutes. Next time I’ll see if the neighbors want in on it to streamline and cut all of our costs. Otherwise this is a very pricey service! But, the results are good. I’d do it again, and smarter.
