I love Rosados it’s the best Italian Restraunt. Food is really really nice. High quality food. The drinks are really good too.

I’m giving them 4 stars based on their food and past performance, but I don’t eat there anymore.
Previously the food, and service have been second to none. Charles in the kitchen, and Peter front of house.
Unfortunately, they enticed a friend of mine, and we in tow, to go there when they clearly knew that they were under staffed.
Peter wasn’t in attendance, and the staff that were left were incompetent.
A second round of drinks were forgotten, food came out spasmodically, and the dessert wine arrived too late for the sweet course. In all pretty poor show and shambles. Especially when you consider the price being paid.
They knew I wasn’t best pleased.
I wrote to Charles to outline my concerns, and iterated that I felt that our enticement to go that night was founded partly on greed.
I never received an apology. On that basis I have never returned.
I wasn’t looking for a slap up feed at their expense as an apology, but an apology only would have had me return.
