History
Established in 1988.
The business originated in Chislehurst, where Kate Ashworth took over from osteopath Peter Blagrave. We moved to the one way system in Orpington High Street and were joined by Julie Palmer and Claire Jones. After 18 years we relocated to Keston to improve parking facilities and disabled access. We are now based at Bromley Park Medical Centre to further improve facilities.

Kate qualified as an osteopath in 1987 from the European School of Osteopathy.
Her interests lie in both structural and cranial techniques and she has supplemented her training with qualifications in Homeopathy and Hypnosis for the osteopathic patient. A firm believer in empowering her patients to help themselves, she focuses on ensuring you understand YOUR condition and how treatment and lifestyle can combine to improve it.
