The sound of hammers thudding away, sparks flying and grinders grinding — can mean only one thing.
Timpson’s is a traditional store literally banging out traditional services. The gents who work here have been in the game for donkey’s years and thus firmly know their stuff. From fixing shoes, to getting silver engraved to simply getting keys cut — the service here is rapid, efficient and professional. Enough said.

Had a spare key cut for our house in here. They were very friendly and service was very prompt.
It’s great having general handyman type shops like this, you never know when a boot might need re-​heeling, or when your watch will decide to stop ticking without giving you any warning, or indeed if you have a trophy with a blank plaque that needs engraving! A very handy multi-​purpose store.
