History

Established in 1989.

Started by two people who loved to party — this dynamic duo decided to put all their passions and energies together to create Rhodes Event Management.

Celebrating 25 years and still going strong I like to think that says a little something about what we do that we are still doing it and still loving every minute of it.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Having played sport for a living for almost 20 years, I now apply my competitive nature to being successful at Rhodes Event Management and with our new venture «PEP Talk» — providing a new psychology outlook to elite sports.

I have been Sales Director at Rhodes since its inception in late 1989. The company was born following my successful benefit year with Gloucestershire CCC.

I am now the sole Director of Rhodes this business having been restructured at the beginning of April 2009. My previous life was as a professional cricketer with Gloucestershire CCC (1977 — 1990) and Durham CCC 1991 — 1996.

I also worked for Gloucestershire CCC as marketing manager from 1986 — 1988 prior to my benefit year in 1989.
