Very swanky and stylish, worth the extra 25% more than well known budget chains. I look forward to staying again. The down sides are that the rooms are dark even with all the lights on, this maybe trendy but means I could not stay there for more than a few days. The staff are very efficient and very classy, but a quarter of the service people are okay but do not have the fantasticly warm, friendly people skills you will find at most orher hotels nowadays.

Good hotel with welcoming staff by the standards of Radisson. I would come back again if I go to Cardiff

The Radisson Blu in Bristol is a great business hotel right by the water, restaurants, and museums. It’s pretty much what you expect in a business hotel, with a clean modern room(in bright colors like pink and orange), floor to ceiling windows looking out over the city, and a business casual restaurant. Bonus: Espresso Maker in the room!!! Free WiFi :)

Stayed in Bristol for one night to break a long journey and booked this via Expedia. The only surprise was that we had tp pay £18 to park the car as this didn’t show upon Expedia. We stayed in a business class room which was stylish, comfortable and clean. All of the staff were polite and helpful. Perfect location and we were on the 14th floor and so a great view. Free wifi without tricks to try and make you pay. Buffet breakfast was first class with loads of choice. Excellent hotel and well recommended. I shall be back on my next visit to Bristol.

The Radisson is perfectly located in the heart of Bristol at the waterfront, just a 15 Minute walk away from the Temple Meads train station. Don’t expect something special or extraordinary, it is a standard hotel, a bit impersonal with color combinations in the rooms you really have to get used to(where was the interior designer?). Anyway. You often can catch a good offer and for having a room for just one night it is more than acceptable, especially if you get a room on a top floor with a lovely view over Bristol!

This newly opened hotel for 2010 supplies the typical Radisson standard. Contemporary and often quirky design to your room, free wifi and a well stocked breakfast buffet. The room pricing is very reasonable and somewhat less than usual. Even the top rate is value fir money. At the time of my stay the underground car park was not in use so we were given 10% off at the local NCP. The gym as it stands is sub standard, offering three cardio machines and an exercise ball. Do not expect to do any weights. The location is perfect for the water ferry but mostly everything is within a short walk, even the new Cabot Circus shopping mall is only 15 minutes away. Over the centre promenade is the Hippodrome theatre so perhaps a good point for the arts also.
