Perfect Fit

I found them very helpful and prepared to take time, even on a very busy Saturday just before Christmas. They are the first people to find me wired bras that actually fit and arent really uncomfortable and give me a figure — I have been consistently given the wrong size by M&S and La Sensa for more than 35 years so have never managed to wear a wired one until now. They have a nice range of stuff — perhaps more to my taste than an 18 year old, but there were a number of young girls in there so it cant be all bad.
I would also point out to the reviewer who gave them a one star — there is no RIGHT for a customer to return goods under UK law just because you dont like them. It can only be done if the goods are not as described or not fit for purpose. Therefore the shop is well within its rights to refuse to exchange items when you change your mind — the fact that some shops do exchange doesnt impose a duty on others to do the same.

I bought my wedding lingerie here (and it was much appreciated by the groom). I’d found out about this place having been recommended by a friend. It’s on the High Street and very easy to find.
First impressions were very favourable — it is dripping with beautiful lingerie of every size and style imaginable.
The fitting service was thorough and discreet, and staff were friendly and able to suggest styles and brands that I hadn’t considered. There was plenty of opportunity to take my time in trying items on (so of course I ended up buying slighty more than I had intended, but I am still very pleased with it).
The quality of the goods are excellent and the bras I bought are lasting well with handwashing and daily use.
I would definitely go there again in passing, or make a special trip if I was looking for something for an occasion.
