Oasys Property Solutions is a Bristol-​based property design and project management company. OPS have the capability to undertake any size project from a new kitchen to a whole house refurbishment.

OPS is unashamedly unique to a Design & Build company since rather than employing their own team of trades, OPS will typically produce the designs and specification for the project, then call on a trusted team of trades to undertake the works. There are many advantages of this approach; the key ones being that the most suitable party is always appointed to each task, and by having a third party manage the project, the end product is of the highest quality and delivered to a realistic timescale at a competitive price.

Simon studied Engineering & Management at the University of Exeter, and subsequently spent 6 years working in this discipline.

OPwas founded in 2004 when Simon commenced a complete refurbishment of his house in Bishopston, Bristol. Upon successful completion of this project Simon’s passion for property was reiterated, and perhaps more importantly his ability to project manage large residential projects. Coupled with the realisation that the design element he craved was becoming increasingly remote in his engineering career, Simon made the decision in 2006 to dedicate his time and energy to fully establish the company.

Simon also has experience in estate agency, and this has enhanced his already comprehensive knowledge of the local property market. Simon prides himself on his flair for creativity and attention to detail, in addition to his approachable and professional manner and thrives on challenges. These credentials assure the client of a finished product of distinction.
