Established in 1990.

Started out as just Physiotherapy at 17 Henleaze Avenue then later combined with Osteopathy and moved to number 2 Cavendish Road also in Henleaze, just 2 roads down.

Business Owner

Chris has had many years experience in the field of physical therapy combining both Osteopathy and Physiotherapy. Originally qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist in 1990 (Bath), he continued his studies at the college of osteopaths (London) qualifying there as an osteopath in 1996.

His knowledge has developed through numerous postgraduate training courses, including cranial osteopathy, sports massage, muscle imbalance and core stability, harmonic technique.

Chris has also studied the Alexander technique to some depth since 1997. This being the study of posture and human movement is particularly useful in relation to athletes, musicans and office workers.

Because of the diversity of Chris’s background he can offer a wide variety of bodywork skills and advice on preventative healthcare.
