So much fish, and if you like seafood this place will thrill you with its selection. They offer a more exotic selection — many fish from Bangladesh and Thailand — for use in delicious seafood curries and spicy stews. A number of exotic veg, fruits and herbs are on sale too, such you can whip up a Malaysian fish curry at home to impress your mates. Obviously these foods are imported and not locally sourced, in case that’s important to you. What is good is that fish like Magur and Pangasius are not as overfished as cod and haddock, so you’ll be doing your bit for the environment/​fish stocks in that way instead. But for firm-​fleshed and tasty fillets, I know of no better place.
