History
Established in 1880.
Originally named the Cliftonville Hotel, the building was finished in 1880. The pub was first famous for its huge windows that span across the front of the pub, which still remain to this date. Located directly next to Hove railway stations the pub has always been popular with commuters.
Today it has a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a night out or a quick drink before the train. Our famous pizzas, live music and Comedy Club has made it one of the best pubs the city has to offer.
