Regency Hotel

Good location overlooking the square and the seafront with a view of the old pier. Room was just what I hoped for with a large four poster bed and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Only stayed for one night and would have liked a fridge if I had been staying for longer. Would have benefitted from a proper mini-​bar but not really a problem for an overnight stay.
Breakfast was really yummy and owner very nice bloke too

I have fond memories of this hotel. I use to play poker in a back room. The hotel use to charge us very little for beer as well!
This hotel has a Churchill conection. Obviously because he stayed here.
Its a small but smart hotel. Staff are kind and try to be helpful. The seaview rooms are brilliant. There is a good view of the broken down West pier. No doubt many a tourist has taken photo’s from these views.
