Specialties
The Nordic Coffee Collective, situated at 16 York Place, Brighton, is attempting to bring something a little different to the ever growing café culture in the city.
Close to Brighton’s North Laine and overlooking the historic St. Peter’s Church, the café transports you to a uniquely Scandinavian environment with its carefully designed décor and styling.
The café’s top selling delicacies include Gravlax (cured salmon with a dill and mustard sauce), Kleina (an Icelandic twisted doughnut) and Kanelbullar (cinnamon buns), while also offering branded confectionery from Denmark and Sweden. In addition to food, the café prides itself on serving high quality coffee with beans provided by top London roastery, Ozone and a vast selection of flavoured teas from Teapigs.
