We are chartered surveyors and we help customers with building and property related matters. We survey properties to assist clients in their purchase decision, advise on repairs maintenance and improvement. We also prepare plans for building designs and manage construction contracts through to completion.

We undertake Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports, Valuations, Commercial Building Surveys. We prepare plans for Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval.

History

Established in 2004.

We’re a close knit team. We set up the business in 2004 as a small group of Chartered Surveyors who had already been working together for some time and brought several satisfied clients with us. Since then, our team has grown rapidly.

Business Owner

A founder member of Grumitt Wade, John is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Registered Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He has more than thirty years’ experience as a Surveyor and his professional expertise covers many areas, from surveys and valuations to architectural services and Party Wall disputes.
