The last few times I have been to the Westfields at Merry Hill I end up walking around the food hall looking for something inspiring but vaguely healthy to eat thats a change. I always end up going back to Mediterrean because there food is prepared in front of you. The food is fresh and the grilled meats are quite tasty. If you are vegetarian their are options available.
There is a choice of med sauces, just ask if you are not sure whats available.
