Our nutritionist, Naomi Devlin BA (Hons), has designed the menu at Reboot to balance your blood sugar levels, be nutritious and tasty while enabling it to be easily replicated at home. Our on-site chef prepares all the food at Reboot Boot Camp to suit your individual needs and requirements. You will also receive nutrition workshops during your week at Reboot Weight Loss Boot Camp with our nutritionist and you will be provided with all the recipes to take home.

Meet the Business Owner
Mark H.
Business Owner
Mark has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years gaining experience within a wide spectrum. He currently provides personal training services and runs various classes including boxing fitness, running training, swim coaching and circuit classes to a client base of over 200 individuals.
He specialises in triathlon training and has organised and managed many triathlon courses for total beginners through to the more competent athlete. He writes monthly health and fitness article for a local magazines in Dorset covering all aspects from nutrition through to advice on implementing new and interesting training regimes. As a trainer Mark creates fitness plans to empower the client with the tools to become their own personal trainer.
Mark set up Reboot in 2009 to combine mind training, weight loss, nutritional advice and fitness into a week long retreat. The boot camp offers a holistic approach in providing clients with the knowledge enabling them to make long tern changes.
