I pride myself on providing friendly, caring and professional assessments, advice and treatments that cover all aspects of the foot and lower leg for people of all ages.

I’m a local Podiatrist who is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). I serve Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge and surrounding villages.

I have a First Class Degree (BSc) in Podiatry backed up by NHS training.

I am based within the Oak Tree Surgery (Medical practice) in Whitethorn Drive, Brackla, CF31 2PQ. I also do home visits.

I can help with:

Nails cut & thick nails reduced,

Removal of corns & hard skin,

Treatment of skin or nail fungal infections, dry cracked heels, Bunion pain /​Heel pain /​Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles tendon problems,

Bio-​mechanical assessments (musculo-​skeletal problems),

Orthotics — (insoles/​inserts for footwear) prescribed,

Diabetic treatments incl. foot health check,

Children’s assessments (development concerns, sports over use injuries)

Verruca treatments.

History

Established in 2013.

First Class Podiatry was set up as a private (fee paying) practice to provide first class Podiatry & Chiropody assessments and treatments.

Being a private practice I can give you more time during each appointment so that you get the assessments and treatments you deserve and expect.

You can rest assured that I’m HCPC registered (same as NHS podiatry teams) so I maintain the highest standards as required by our governing body.

I also participate in Continuous Professional Development during the year to learn new skills and to keep up to date with new developments in the areas of Podiatry & Chiropody
