Marks & Spencer

I love M&S for foodi know it can be a little more expensive than run of the mill supermarkets, but the quality more than makes up for it in my humble opinion!
When this ‘simply food’ store openend up in Braintree I was very pleasedand i have not been dissapointed. The quality and range is all it should be and exactly what one expects from M&S.
What really makes this particular store shine is the staff. All staff (without fail) are courteous and helpful. if you are having trouble finding something they will go out of their way to help and or find alternatives. The manager is often to be found on the shop floor, chatting with and advising staff and customers alike. On the tills, they are so friendly and chattyit really is a pleasure to shop there!
Well worth a visit. just don’t forget you shopping bags :)

Although this is a fairly small M & S it does have a lot of merchandise — it has all the lovely food that M & S are famous for and also sells lots of really good value birthday/​Xmas cards and wrapping paper — also does lots of really good value plants and flowers and in their window they display quite a lot of their offers — one thing is their flowers last quite a long time which is more than you can say for some shops!
