This is a large store and very good value for money — sometimes its a bit difficult to find what you’re after and you have to find a member of staff to direct you. Once you find what you want, there is a fair bit of choice. Plants and shrubs in good supply and lots of choice — good value for money

How well you get on at this store is, it seems, dependent on the day of the week you go ini.e.who is working!
Although a nice sized store, layout is quite sporadic and on a bad day, when you need to find an item in a hurry, you can be chasing a memb er of staff around the store for ages as they do not seem to know where things are either! On the flip side, there are some great bargains to be had and some members of staff (not enough sadly) are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Recently, self service tills have been introduced these would be a great bonus if it weren’t for a couple of over zealous staff who insist on over seeing every move, thus making it slower to use these tills than the standard ones!

Nice big store but i alwasy seem to get lost in these! Good value for money, and helpfull staff! B and Q seem to have everything someone could want in a store! Close to all the shops in Freeport and other outlet stores, as well as restaurants.
