Recently traveled with this company on a Ski trip to Italy. Part of the Thomas Cook company.
I was part of a group of 18 guys and I did not make the booking but I do know that they were not inclined to sort deals for ski passes, ski equipment rental even though it was a large group.
Met at the airport in Italy by our rep Jane. Nice lady from the North of England.
Kind of left us to our own devices once she had the money for the ski equipment, passes and tours.
Would have liked more interaction, guidance to the locale and just more interaction with the group.
Did her job but not much more to be honest. Helpful when you asked for it but I fell I missed out on the stuff I didn’t know about.
Top tip: ask for an emergency exit seat on the Thomas Cook plane as the seat spaces are tiny if you are anyway tall and @ 6′ 2″ I was crammed in. Flight time was 1hr 40 so I managed but Ryanair was luxury compared to this flight.
