Great place for a beer the staff are friendly and the crowd is good most nights.
The deco needs updating I think the place has not had a face lift for about 20 years.
It’s a excellent location set off the main road with beer gardens.
Don’t make the mistake of coming here!

I came here for a rest and a hearty meal. The interior is a typical Ember Inn, clean, modern and spacious. When arriving I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes to my dismay before the chefs were ready. I indulged in a pint of Pepsi and took a seat. 5 minutes later the barmaid came and said the chef would start 30 minutes earlier. This is a good service as I was going to haunt another eateries nearby. I have ordered the sirloin steak medium rare with peppercorn sauce. Reasonably priced at £11? Photos to follow. Before eating I would definitely recommend to friends and family the setting and the ambience.

Popular. Good food at reasonable prices with a good and varied selection on the menu. Large car park with disabled parking near entrance and no steps. BUT WATCH OUT FOR BIG DIP as you go thru entrance and for traffic when leaving. It travels a lot faster than 30 mph! Enjoy.
