Chris Eyres Designs Chartered Architects RIBA is based in the centre of Bradford.

We cover all aspects of domestic work from large individual detached dwellings, to flats, extensions and a wide variety of conversion schemes as well as specialist disabled facilities.

Projects have included a wide range of commercial work as well as industrial complexes, schemes for local educational establishments including Bradford College, Medical centres and community facilities including work on a number of Mosque designs.

We have gained a lot of experience dealing with Listed buildings and buildings within Conservation areas and have undertaken projects within the Saltaire World Heritage site.

Established in 1979.

The principal, Chris Eyres, has practised as a qualified chartered architect (RIBA) in Bradford for over twenty-​five years We also have a close working relationship with Bradford College and have undertaken several schemes within the community including Mosques.

We will discuss the project with you and offer advice on the options available. Sketch schemes will be provided to allow us to develop your requirements and then submit these as a planning application. The technical details will then be added and the project taken through to the building regulation approval. Beyond the building regulations stage we can provide supervision services preparing specifications and tender documents and overseeing the construction works to completion.
