We achieve this by screening all our candidates and putting them through a 1st stage interview, it is only then, we will send you their CV with a profile. And on this recommendation we are confident they should be requested for an interview.

We recruit for permanent recruitment and supply to many different industries. From Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Administration, HR and Sales. There is no position we cannot tackle and skill match the right person and for those niche positions we also know with enough questioning and background knowledge we can fill it.

We recruit throughout the whole UK market place, so for those companies with multi outlets there is no need to go elsewhere and start again.

Established in 2014.

I set up this business in September 2014 after finally deciding to take the plunge of working employed in the field for over 5 years and I know we all say it, we all want a better life balance and you say yes how can you have this when setting up a new business– well I say discipline, hunger, determination and most of all putting my customers first and building relationships. In fact I am a firm believer if you are strict and have excellent time management then this is easily achieved. I follow this to a T and actually being a mother, wife and business owner I truly couldn’t have a better life balance (just do not ask me what I may give the highest percent to as I will upset someone along the way). But I do love my job with a passion and wouldn’t have it any other way and those who I have worked with and given me great testimonials I feel I have naturally proven that and hope to work with you sometime in the future so make sure to store my details.

I have worked in recruitment now for over five years, and have formed many strong client and candidate relationships which has spurred me on to consistently develop new relationships. I finally decided to take the leap and set up my own recruitment business which I feel has been a great success — in my last position I had the security of having a permanent position — in my time I covered many positions and even managed the branch for over a year — however my true experience was from running the permanent desk, you must look at it almost like a franchise as I had to build my desk, bring in new customers and keep relationships going. I was very successful and decided why am I doing this for someone else with all the corporate paperwork involved when I can do what I do best and invest the right time in my clients and candidates, well here I now am and thankfully the business is going strength to strength and all I say is watch this space…
