History

Energy Advice Line is an online price comparison service that allows business owners to very quickly engage with what is perceived as a complicated market. It will be particularly relevant for business owners that need to sense check what they are paying if they are in an agreement but more importantly businesses that have just moved into a new premises and need to agree a contract very quickly to minimise the out of contract rates being charged by the premises current supplier. We estimate that 30% of business move premises every year and they really do not know about the out of contract rate issue until it is too late.

We are really trying to bring an air of transparency and simplicity to the utility market with an online interface that helps business owners engage with the market without the hassle of someone trying to sell you something.
