Good place to wait for your next train in Bourne End if you just missed one and had to wait for an hour.
The staff are very friendly. The woman at the bar was a bit absent minded though. My friend and I ordered half pints each. She repeated what I said and somehow still ended up filling two pints of lager (and knocking one off with the other as she didn’t see the other one — not much harm done at least).
Other than the confusion described, it was a relaxing experience being in this pub. The free wifi enabled me to add the establishment in Unilocal as it was not even registered then.
The popular drinks on tap seem to be Brakspears, Hobgoblin, Guiness, London Pride, Foster and Kronnenberg. Very basic perhaps but for a tiny pub, it seems a decent enough selection.
I would never purposely go back unless I visit Bourne End again and have plenty of time to kill at the train station.
