KFC

Well Ive been here before tonight but never again, ordered 3 fully loaded meals and a Toasted Twister (Toasted being wishful thinking) was told that the toastibg machine for the wraps was not working and was told either order something else or it wouldnt be toasted…
Fair enough machines break but when we got to the second window at the drive thru we were advised 3 mins for fresh fries and park up at the front it wouldnt be too long well approx 10 mins later the guy appeared with a bag of food, there you go sorry bout your wait.
the sides with fully loaded meals were only half full and food tasted okay not piping hot but we let it slide
a matter of hours later lo and behold were all ill so next time ill either wait/​go to McDonalds or send food back if anything tastes funny never again
the guy who served us was helpful perhaps only good thing here…

This restaurant is staffed by oxygen stealing wastes of space.
Everytime i have been here i have received an order that is incorrect, cold or have been stood waiting longer than it takes to catch, kill and cook a full chicken.
DO NOT WASTE your time and go somewhere else instead!!!

I have to admit, i’ve been here a couple of times through the drive-​thru either at night or on a weekday for lunch and sometimes it can be terribly slow. it doesn’t seem like the staff have ben customer service-​trained as they are not very friendly or helpful and you always have to ask for basic things you always get automatically at other KFCs like wipes/​serviettes/​salt etc.
never had a problem with the food i’ve had though, but the last time i went actually inside the restaurant I had to wait a long time too, which puts me off.

Poor Service even worse food! the amount of times the food has been cold is unbelievable, and the last two times the chicken was pink! Never eating there again!

An awful KFC, Always understaffed and unmanaged. As a result, waiting times are increased and the restaurant is terribly messy!
You can see the manager in the back (white tops) stood chatting whilst the single staff member on the counter has to deal with a huge queue.
The food is never fast! and after complaing once, I was ignored.
Customer service musnt be a priority here!
Avoid at all costs if your looking for a quick warm meal.
Compared to other local KFC’s this one is pants! You’d think it would be a lot better considering it has to deal with the football crowds. Wouldnt the staff be trained of the highest standard?
Poor poor management everytime I go in there!

this has gotta be the worst KFC in the country without a doubt and believe me iv visited a few over the years.
if you are brave enough to eat here after youv’e queued up for about a fortnight then be sure to check your food order is correct & you get everything you ordered as the staff are not capable of getting anything right here!
Basically its a joke… Id go to McDonalds or Subway if i were you people

Ah, the KFC that thinks they are adequately staffed when they have one person serving at the tills and the queue is starting to curl round the back of the seating area.
Foods ok, but I’ve been put off eating by the sight of rats hanging around on the drive thru road. This was the middle of the day and there was about 3 or 4 rats in the general area of the restaurant. Having never actually seen that any where else, esp not during the day, it doesn’t give me much confidence in hygiene standards

Situated on the middlebrook retail park a typical kfc. Areally hectic store, always seems to be a massive queue The food is of good standard, the place is clean and tidy once you get served just prepare for the wait
