Alligator Self Storage

I know it’s Self Storage, but believe it or not there’re a lot of places that do it wrong, luckily Alligator do it right.
It’s a simple concept to nail, have modern, spacious storage rooms and good accessibility to higher levels — well done Alligator, you passed on all tests.
I signed up for a decent sized, 35ft space the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the price after looking at several more local options. Alligator is in an old mill that has been renovated to a high standard, so space isn’t a issue. Bonus point.
The service from Steven and a lady who’s name I didn’t catch was also fantastic. Again, it’s self storage, so you don’t go in expecting customer service to rival what you’d expect in a swanky restaurant, yet the pair of them were brilliant in showing me what I wanted to see and compromising on a price that made me happy.
I can’t envision why I’d ever have to move, unless everything goes tits up they flood my storage room, so Alligator, thanks for the service, I’m in for the long haul.
