I recently purchased a printer, ink cartridges and a network adapter from this store, I was assured that if the network adapter didn’t solve my laptop problem, then I could return it for a full refund. This was not the case when I returned to the store two days later, I was dealt with by the manager, who I found arrogant and talked to me like I did not know what I was talking about. this lead to an argument between us in the middle of the store, not very wise from his perspective. I would advise people to steer clear of the Blackburn PC World and buy products online or at a local PC shop, you will find most items a lot cheaper than PC World and you will find a lot more information by doing research online or getting help from the guys at the shops, who I find more knowledgable than PC World staff, who seem to offer the world when they are selling, but couldn’t give a toss when things go wrong.

Pc World is located quite far on the outskirts of Blackburn, the store is on a retail park so their is a car park available for customers to park their car on. The store is well set out everything on offer is listed at the front of its section here, their is plenty of staff members around to help customers, prices are a problem here as i find them to be expensive and i am sure a lot of other people do as well.

I love pc world! This pc world is situated on the outskirts of blackburn on the whitebirk retail park. There is a carpark right outside of the shop which is ideal! I have bought five laptops form here in the last year and i have have had no problems with them at all. The staff are brilliant at giving after care suppport and they are very helpful in store as well. I didn’t have a clue which laptop to get when i bought my first one but the man that served me was brilliant. I told him what i wanted my pc for and he gave me one that would fulfill all of my needs. I got it less than it should of been as well so i got a bargain! A few weeks after i bought my first pc i noticed it was running a little bit slow so i rung pc world to get some advise and they told me to upgrade my ram. I didn’t have a clue what they were going on about but not to worry! I brought my pc down to pc world and the showed me which ram i would need and they put it in for me for a very small charge. I was very happy with the result. My pc ran much faster and again a great customer experience.

PC World is located on Whiteberk Drive just off junction 6 on the M65. As the name suggest PC World sell PC’s but also everything to do with PC’s. They sell laptops, printers, blank optical media,(DVD’s CD’s) PC software and Games. The store is quite large with a car park outside and prices can vary, I suggest visiting currys next door as one or the other can be cheaper even though parent company is the same.

PC World is a store which sells computers and laptops, Their prices are expensive though, Any one who comes with a car here can park it on the car park for free outside, A lot of staff are around in store to help customers as well, When i did come here i got a lot of help on what to get but the prices are too much desktop PC’s for 700 pounds come on that is a joke!
