The Dr. Martens Store

I am a big fan of Dr Martins shoes. I did the standard thing yesterday of saying the magic words ‘I’ll just have a look’… It was pretty obvious from the minute I walked in this was not going to be the case.
Two different members of staff were quick to help me and explain the differences between my selections. They also said that if I was to change my mind on my purchase and wanted a refund, as long as I had my receipt and the shoes were not worn they are usually ok with doing it (even if it’s outside of the normal 1 month window for returns)
I walked out of the store with my new black docs, and no regrets. These things are made to last, if you can it’s well worth paying the little bit extra for amazing quality.

This store is not very big but its brill, on the top floor of the Bullring near to Selfridges The Dr Martens Store has a good selection of DM’s for men women and the cutest little ones for toddlers too.
The staff are great, we were served by a guy that knew his DM’s and was comfortable talking to my daughter to get to understand what she was looking for before he told us what was on offer.
It wasnt rushed, just pleasant, informative, supportive — No pressure to buy as we browsed the store for a while before approaching the sale person.
