My name is Lynne & I own Silver Sensations. I am not affiliated to any other company & I only sell jewellery that I make myself. I aim to provide you with bespoke hand made unique Sterling Silver & Semi Precious Gemstone jewellery including necklaces, earrings & bracelets with prices to suit all tastes. Some of my designs can be altered or made to your length, so creating your own individual piece of jewellery. You can also give me your ideas & we can create the look you wish to achieve. I also create wedding/​bridal jewellery. In addition to Semi Precious Gemstones I also have Swarovski Crystals & Pearls from the Swarovski Elements range. I also make beaded Kumihimo bracelets & beaded bracelets without Sterling Silver. I sometimes promote special offers & discounts which can be found on my website, Facebook & Twitter.

History

Established in 2011.

I started making jewellery for family & friends. Then I discovered that there were not only Sapphires, Diamonds etc, & a whole new world opened up for me when I discovered semi precious gemstones. So, I kept exploring this stunning new world and I was hooked. I bought some silver plated materials to practice with, found which was the best thread to use for necklaces & bracelets, which tools to buy etc & off I went, so to speak. I bought the semi precious gemstones from various sellers until I found 2 which I consider the best for giving me excellent products & service. In the end I decided to use Sterling Silver & have so many different types of these stones & can usually source something that little bit different to the norm from these suppliers. I base my prices on what it costs me to buy materials etc. so if one design sells out & I need to buy more stones then the price may be different.

Hello. I’m Lynne and live in Birmingham with my long suffering husband, who also helps me look for escapees when some of my beads find themselves buried in the carpet. I also have 2 beautiful daughters & an adorable Grandson. I am originally from Great Harwood a little town in Lancashire about 5 miles from Blackburn. We, (including my Sister, Brother, Mum & Dad), arrived in Birmingham after living in Hereford. I have always liked pretty & feminine, girly things & making things. This started with making a dolls house from a cardboard box & matchboxes when I was 8. As I grew older I moved onto sewing, knitting, then intricate cross stitch pictures including making them from photographs. Finally I arrived at my destination making beautiful jewellery & it is a wonderful feeling to receive feedback when I have helped to create an individual piece of jewellery cannot be compared and for my own designs.
