Sainsburys

This Sainsburys does not even deserve one star for the rudeness of staff. Recently went in as they had 1 litre famous grouse bottles on offer for £14 — Max 6 bottles PER CUSTOMER. My brother brought 6 bottles. About an hour later I was told by my brother of this excellent offer so i went down and attempted to purchase 6 bottles. On arrival the security guard gave me some odd looks. strange? Anyway i walked to the shelf to put my bottles in my basket — a very rude woman (wish i had got her name) claimed that i had already been in the store and had changed my clothes in order to purchase 6 more bottles. Well i was bemused and astonished at this woman. I explained my brother had recently purchased 6 and I am another customer. She then stated that I was buying the bottles to sell on in an off license. I was mortified and deeply offended at such asumptions. I asked to speak to the store manager who was just as bad as the rude woman… well I knew i was not going to win this battle. I went to Sainsburys in Solihull and purchased 6 bottles with no hassle. It is rude to make assumptions when a customer walks in and the staff need to get their eyes tested. Not a happy Bunny!!! Have now made a complaint over the phone… awaiting response from head office!
