When you first walk in you’ll be greeted by the receptionist who will book you in and seat you whilst you wait. You’ll notice a shelf full of products which you can purchase.
They sell a lot of the beauty products that they use to do some of the treatments so if you find something that you like it’s definitely worth asking if they have them in stock and available to buy.

To not beat around the bush, the Northfield area of Birmingham isn’t exactly the go to place for those looking for cutting edge fashion and chic boutiques, and the exotically named Bristol Road South isn’t exactly the Champs-​Élysées. That being said, Rapunzel’s Hair and Beauty is something of a bolt from the blue, with an attractive, enticing front that certainly sets it apart from many of the other businesses and hairdressers in the area, and suggests that it lives up to its evocative name. As well as providing good quality cuts delivered by friendly staff, Rapunzel’s also sells a range of high end goods that aren’t readily available for locals, such as various GHD products. Whilst this all may perhaps suggest that the salon could be a detached, snobby establishment, the fact that there’s a 10% off for recommending a friend offer points to the fact that Rapunzels is dedicated to winning long-​term customers.
