Mirrorstone Crystals

Now I’m no Crystal connoisseur, but crystals have been used in my life as little portable, earthly embodiments of desirable life-​qualities. My superstition being that if you carry the crystal (or a whole bag of them as I did) around, those qualities will somehow integrate with your being (turning you into superman!). Who knows? I’m certainly not superman, but I do appreciate having them around. Perhaps they are just a bit of spiritual fortification amidst life’s events.
Anyway, Adrian (the owner) on the other hand, knows a great deal more about the crystals and fossils that his shop houses than I do. Quartz, Goldstone, Hematite and much more — they are very beautiful indeed and are priced very reasonably for those who appreciate the mysterious worldly wonders.
It is unique shop in the Kings Heath area and I highly recommend a browse if crystals arouse your interest.

I bought my Girlfriend a Crystal from here for her Birthday. It was a small Amethyst and only cost me 7.50. It wasn’t her main gift, but she loved it and keeps it in her purse at all times to give her good luck.
I’m glad a crystal shop exists locally; I love the idea of natural resources that aren’t gold or diamonds being sold to the public. I wouldn’t know where else to buy a crystal from, so next time I want to give someone a gift, I may well come here.

Although I’ve lived in Kings Heath for some years, I’d never come across this shop until I moved around the corner from it and it became en-​route to my trips to the High Street.
Mirrorstone Crystals have on sale what I’m lead to believe is the largest collection of fossils in the wider area. These detailed and whole fossils of trilobites, mammals, reptiles and dinosaurs are mind-​blowing. Also on sale are crystals, magic wands and greetings cards. My particular favourite range that Mirrorstone stock is Wild Berry incense. Hand dipped in the USA, these premium fragrances have names such as Indian Moon, Peace of Mind, and Fresh Rain. The smoke from them is the same consistency of the popular Nag Champa. At £1:50 for ten sticks I buy some very time I pass.

Nice little crystal shop, brought a few items at a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back even got a quick reading from Adrian the owner at no extra charge while I was browsing. Additionally, an added bonus if Mirrorstone do not have what you want in stock, or it’s something quite specific they generally won’t have in stock they will try and find it for you.
