Dance and Parties is a family run company offering a range of dance, football and activity games entertainment services for all ages, group sizes and abilities including children’s character and mascot appearances. Based in Birmingham, we run our dance classes at our dance school L.H.Dance in Mere Green Sutton Coldfield.

However our dance parties, football parties, minion parties, frozen character appearances, mickey and minnie mouse appearances, peppa pig appearances, spiderman and superhero appearances, rapunzel, cinderella and tinkerbell appearances, party entertainers, themed party and fancy dress packages, hen parties, private lessons or first dance lessons run at all surrounding areas.

Where you benefit from this company is that we deliver all children’s birthday parties, hen parties, dance classes and first dance lessons ourselves!

History

Established in 2012.

Founded in 2012, L.H.Dance are a young dance school bursting with lots of talent and potential! We are looking for enthusiastic dancers to join us for performances and competitions and are always on the lookout for new and exciting performance opportunities! If you think you or your children would be interested in any of our styles then please do not hesitate to get in contact!

From the dance school grew our dance hen party workshops, first dance lessons and dance parties for children. This in turn grew to providing a variety or children’s services for entertainment at birthday parties, christenings or corporate events.

Business Owner

Leigh Howell started dancing at a young age and performed at various national and international venues such as: The Royal Albert Hall, The London Palladium, Birmingham Hippodrome and The Disneyland Paris parade. Going on to study a B. A (Hons) Degree at Laban Dance Center, whist there she performed in work choreographed by Tom Dale, Tom Rhoden and Gary Lambert. Leigh worked for Cheshire Dance for a site specific performance for the Embrace The Games Conference for the Cultural Olympiad in 2012. She was also a choreographer working with learning disabled groups to create dance performances for the Olympic Torch Relay and Paralympic Celebration show for Derby. She also performed in Games Time a performance piece hosted by DEDA under the direction of Lea Anderson, which was performed to 13,000 people as well as ‘Home’ a site specific performance for Birmingham International Dance Festival in 2012. Leigh performed at ArtsFest Birmingham visited by over 20,000 spectators with Squirm Dance C.
