Flat Pack Solutions was formed in 2005 to service a niche in the market that was not being catered for. The cost effectiveness of flat pack furniture and the improvements in quality are just two of the many reasons why its appeal has widened.
Unfortunately a large majority of assembly instructions are still too vague or confusing. Also you can end up with bits left over and do you have the right tools to do the job? Then what do you do with all the packaging the product comes in?
Maybe finding the time is a problem or the project a large one and then will it be sturdy enough once you have built your flat pack? Also will it look anything like the picture in the brochure or the model in the showroom?

Flat Pack Solutions was established in 2005 by the Director Alan Bates. After spending many years working for a bed retailer mainly assembling flat pack wardrobes and other similar products he spotted a niche in the market that had very little coverage.
Flat pack furniture was a rapidly expanding market but there wasn’t many companies that offered an assembly service.
The main springboard for this venture was the many conversations Alan had with customers whose furniture he was assembling outside his then current employment.
From these conversations he found out the many reasons why people don’t like tackling jobs such as assembling wardrobes, table and chairs, TV units, barbecues and other items.
With many years experience of flat pack construction up till this time and of overcoming the majority of problems you would be likely to encounter; coupled with an enjoyment of this type of work; Flat Pack Solutions was incorporated.
