Part-florist, part-grocery and convenience store, this local shoppers’ hybrid stocks almost anything from frozen foods and pet supplies to chrysanthemums and newspapers. The store is clean and spacious inside, with well-organised, wide aisles and plenty of members of staff at hand to cut down queue-times. Everyday essentials such as milk and butter are incredibly cheap compared to your average supermarket and fresh fruits and vegetables are charged at around £1.50 per kilo, depending on your preference. Sadly, the store’s refrigerated section is miniscule, pet foods are very limited and the staff behind the counter are a little on the rude side.
