Our modern plant and scale means we can offer quality powder coating and certain wet paint finishes at very competitive prices along with consultation and advice.

We have full multi-​stage pre-​treatment plants to cope with all metal corrosion requirements.

The six overhead conveyorised powder coat lines and tunnel ovens at our two sites mean we can handle a wide range of sizes of parts.

At our Great Barr site we specialise in architectural work with sizes of up to 6.5metres long by 1800 drop and 700 mm wide and here we are also coat the larger automotive components.

The site at Great Barr also boasts a 3m cube box oven to cater for large assemblies deemed unsuitable for a tunnel oven.

Our large site at Walsall concentrates on a huge range of commercially engineered products with four overhead lines plus a small wet paint facility.

At Walsall we are flexible enough to undertake small pre-​assembly or post-​assembly work by arrangement. We can supply most forms of packaging on request, such as pallet wrap, banding, bubble wrap, white paper, foam sheets or poly bags.

General turn around time is ²⁄₃ days, but please speak to us if your need is urgent. We will listen and try to assist whenever possible.

If transport is a problem for you, we have our own fleet of 7.5 tonne curtain side vehicles which are available to collect and deliver your goods provided this is an economic proposition.

History

Established in 1979.

With over 35 years of experience backed up by modern plant, we are confident we can come up with a solution to your requirements.

The group’s sites at Walsall and Great Barr are both located close to the M5/​M6 interchange so are readily available for the motorway network around the country.

Between the two sites we have six overhead conveyorised powder coat lines plus a 3metre cubed box oven and a small wet paint facility.

These are maintained and upgraded regularly on a constant rolling programme to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

We hold BS EN ISO 9001 — 2008 quality assurance accreditation and are approved powder coaters to many large blue chip organisations.

We are approved applicators to all the above.
