Caspers Stores

Caspers is a Polish supermarket just off the Digbeth High Street. It’s quite a big store which stocks all the usual things you would expect in a supermarket but it is mostly Polish products. There is also a fresh food section at the back and a small selection of beer and liquor. I have bought various items from there in the past and they always seem to have a slightly spicy taste to them… I swear even the milk had a bit of kick to it. It can be fun to try the different products but I haven’t found any that would replace my regular choices (that includes the beer).
The staff in there aren’t particularly friendly but I always have a chuckle when they try to talk to my friend in Polish. He’s not from Poland but I guess he must have a Polish look about him!
