I came in here with my aunt a while ago as she works as an interior designer and was looking for some carpets for a client. When we went in I was surprised by how many carpets that had in there! There were loads! The lady who was working in there came over and asked us if we needed any help, my aunt requested to see some samples of a couple of carpets and the lady quickly showed her what she wanted. The lady was very friendly and very professional. My aunt did not purchase anything then and there as she wanted to scout around the area to see if there were any better and cheaper carpets around. However, overall, we were both impressed by their range of flooring and the good customer service.

When we lived in a rented house in Kings Heath we told the landlord two rather large fibs. We told him we didn’t smoke and we told him we didn’t have pets. We both smoked at the time, although we never smoked in the house, and we also had recently become the guardians of two puppies.
If you’ve ever had a puppy you’ll know that they can be quite destructive. One of the dogs seemed to like pulling at the carpet and unravelling strands, like a cartoon woolly jumper. Pretty soon the landlord’s carpet was a mess. As this place was just around the corner, we took a sample of the wrecked carpet to them and they sourced an almost identical fabric and replaced it for us. They were a little more expensive than I would have guessed at, but they got us out of a hole in quick time, so I can’t really complain.

I used this place after trawling all over Kings Heath and Moseley for a unique quality product for my new extension. It’s a small shop and packed to the rafters with all kinds of floor related products. It mostly specialises in carpet but They have vinyl too.
I found the woman in the shop very helpful. I think she co owns it with her husband. As I was after something a little out of the ordinary I’d had trouble finding it elsewhere, but this company were able to show me some examples almost straight away.
Ordering was easy and they were helpful when trying to work out how much to order and in what quantities. Price wise, they’re not the cheapest but the quality is good.
The chap who came to do the measuring was a little on the grumpy side and I found this a bit off putting. Also, the guys who did the fitting were lovely, but when I popped out they helped themselves to my tea and coffee. I wouldn’t have a problem with this usually but because I was a bit rushed I hadn’t had time to put any out on the counter so they must have gone through my cupboards looking for mugs, etc. Felt that was a bit out of order. I did feed this back and they were apologetic but I wasn’t overly impressed by this.
