My recommendation is do not go in there. The shop looks clean and the clothes are OK but the staff that work there let it down big time. The staff do not want to serve you and treat you like an inconvenience. They leave you queuing at the tills and leave one person actually working and serving and the rest are just standing around laughing and joking if you catch there eye they turn away. Fed up I did ask if anyone else was serving and was told no. Do they not realise that without paying customers they will not have a job. No
wonder BHS is losing money

i love the new look bhs at the fort really brings it in line with the 21^st centry
