First things first, I’d like to get out of the way the fact that I have absolutely no idea what the name of Ace4Doors, on Bristol Road South in Northfield, means. If you’ve clicked on the name hoping for answers, I’m afraid you won’t find any here. ‘Ace’ sounds like the name of a slick second hand car dealer rather than a door salesman, but the staff are actually all very friendly and helpful, especially considering they probably deal with several people every hour who, like myself, have absolutely no idea about anything when it comes to doors. The shop does what it says on the tin — it sells a large range of doors(and handles). I don’t have the first clue when it comes to the prices of doors(they had a very nice looking dark veneered wooden door on display for £749, apparently a £100 discount), and a quick peruse on the B&Q website seems to suggest Ace4Door’s prices are competitive. I’d recommend it, even if you’re just looking to pop in with some questions, and not actually buy, as the staff clearly know what they’re talking about.
