Essex wedding and portrait photography by award winning photographer Jo Tennant FBIPP. Jo tells the story of your day through beautiful documentary wedding photography interlaced with timeless portraits of the bride and groom. Jo is also a talented portrait photographer, awarded a Fellowship of The British Institute of Professional Photography for Fine Art Portraiture. Her stunning dance photography is internationally acclaimed, while her baby and children’s portraits instinctively capture the characters of her little subjects.

History

Established in 1993.

Established in East Street Rochford in 1993 by Gill Chapman, Jo Tennant acquired and modernised the studio in West Street, Rochford in 2003, moving it to it’s current home of Benfleet in 2011.

Business Owner

Jo studied photography as a mature student following a career in the City. She has been a professional photographer for over 10 years and was awarded the highest accolade possible in social photography in November 2012 — Fellowship of the British Institute of Professional Photography. A Mum, workaholic, forever Geordie at heart, self-​confessed useless cook.
