We produce hot chili sauce and spicy vinegar in the traditional way, with no machinery or preservatives involved, in small batches, where every single bottle of our fresh hot chili sauce is carefully inspected once ready, and only working with the best of the fresh chilis, that we personally collect and test from our local farmers in Northern Ireland, making sure the quality of the chilis is the best of all.
History
Established in 2012.
Tasting different dishes through different cultures developed a sense of curiosity, and laid the path to experiment with the hottest peppers in the world, like 2007 Guinness World Record «Ghost Chilli» (Naga Bhut Jolokia), actually used as favourite ingredient together with fresh Habaneros.
All sauces are hand made in the traditional way and every single ingredient is carefully selected before production. Working with the best of the fresh chillis, that he personally collects and tests from his local farmer, making sure the quality of the chillis are the best!

Business Owner
Christopher C. was born in London, founder and developer of Hot Experience Sauces, he wanted to fulfill his passion for cooking hot chilli sauces, and that’s how it all began.
His idea was to be the first company to create a product that was totally new for Northern Ireland.
The idea of creating such a product came after traveling, living and working in North Africa, Spain (Tenerife), Portugal, Ireland, England, USA, Sweden and Denmark.
