My partner and I recently bought each other rings from leos in Castle court, on our first visit the woman we spoke to didn’t really know what she was doing and seemed very mixed but I’m sure that was just down to the Christmas rush. The man we dealt with after was called Peter and he was very professional and bubbly, he was very helpful through out an even ordered different ring sizes if we didn’t like the ones we chose. when I picked it up the rings he was full of well wishes and congratulations. I would definitely recommend going here for your Jewlery needs you won’t regret it!

I’m a big fan of independent retailers as a rule, so Leo already gets a thumbs up from me for having survived this long!
The jewellery you’ll find there is a mixture of relatively cheap to relatively expensive (meaning you won’t find anything dirt cheap nor scarily expensive) and there’s also a mixture of what we would have called bling in the 90s and more timeless, simple stuff.
I always liked going in here because Leo himself is generally there and he’s so great to talk to. he’ll be perfectly honest about what you’re buying, so you never feel like he’s just focussed on getting a sale out of you.

There are a few jewellers in this shopping centre so it is quite hard to kind of tell the difference between the lot of them. This one stands out a little bit as it is a little bit more bespoke but not so bespoke that you won’t be able to find something to fit basically everyone.
They offer lots and lots of stuff from watches, rings, crystal pieces, necklaces and everything else that you may want to pick up for your lady or man in your life. They stock Swarovski crystal which is a pretty well known brand in these sort of things. They also do one-off pieces and there is an order service that allows you to have pieces made to specification.
The staff seemed dead on and the store is well lit and welcoming. All in all, pretty well thought out and well worth a look.

Leo is a quality jewelers tucked away in Castlecourt. They don’t err on the side of tacky, which is good as a lot of jewelers put me off with their chav-ey soverign rings and chains that say things like ‘best Mum Eva’ or those big gold earrings with your name in them. Shudder.
You won’t find this kinda stuff in here (if that’s what you’re after maybe get yourself down to Argos!).
What you will find is lovely silver and gold jewellry. It’s a great place to pick up a necklace or bracelet for a friend or your mum for a special occasion.
The staff are friendly and aren’t snotty at all. I had to pop in recently to get a necklace repaired (after my friends baby pulled it off my neck and stashed it down the side of the sofa!!) and they had it ready for me within the hour. I found their service very helpful and would definately recommend this shop.

Anytime I’m looking for a gift of jewellery for someone, be it my Mum or a friend, I always make a stop by Leo to see what lovely treats they have to choose from. The jewellery here is always very unique and unusual, pretty and affordable. I bought my bridesmaids thier gifts here, three little pretty bracelets made of sparkly glass beads, each with a different selection of colours, the girls loved them, I almost bought one for myself! The owner is very knowledgeable about jewels, metals and jewellery in general, and always seems to have time to discuss options and ideas and give advice and help at to what you are looking for, and to recommend something. He is very enthusiastic and so helpful. Pop in here if you are on the hunt for that special gift for someone you love.
