I am a big, big cinema fan. I did both my degree and my masters in film and love the experience of sitting and enjoying a movie.
Now, that being said. I’m not a huge fan of 3D movies or the Imax in general. It makes it all a bit too corporate and glossy, there is no room for anything particularly thoughtful or artistic.
That being said, it is fun sometimes and this is as good place to go and see these movies as any. The staff are friendly and the theatres are clean and tidy.
Can’t ask for more than that.
