Glendale Carpets

These are the guys to go to when you’re looking for carpets, rugs, tiles, wooden floors, etc. They’ve been doing this for years, and have a small team that can fit the carpets and flooring as well (carpet-​fitters are becoming increasingly rare).
This is one of those places that relies on returning customers and word-​of-​mouth, which is why they’re one of those local suppliers that have a real focus on customer service (see my Gibson’s Butchers and Direct Furniture reviews). For being a small independent retailer, they seem to be able to keep their prices quite reasonable.
I was just in to get a mat, but they have carousels of carpet samples as well as different types of wooden flooring on display, and they have another area for floor and wall tiles. The staff were very friendly — down to earth but professional.
